DogFoodCon is a two day event focused on Microsoft tools and technologies, along with their integration with open source. We also feature a complete professional skills track covering communication, leadership, and agile topics.
So Why The Name “Dog Food”? “Eating your own dog food” is a phrase that came out of Microsoft in the ’80s. The idea is: If you make products and you expect your customers to buy them, they should be good enough for you to use too.
DogFoodCon is requesting proposals for the upcoming event on October 4th and October 5th in Columbus, Ohio. We are looking for sessions focused on Application Development, Azure (Running JAVA, Ruby, Python, Red Hat Linux, and other open source technologies), Business Applications (O365, SharePoint, etc.), Design, Infrastructure, Professional Skills, Security, SQL, Windows, and more. Over the years, as Microsoft has become more open-source, so have our topics. We especially like talks that focus on the ways you’re integrating Microsoft products into other tools and technologies.
Be creative, be unique!
