The annual Dutch VMUG UserCon is back in Den Bosch on March 7, 2023! In 2022, the Dutch VMUG UserCon was the biggest in the world, and this year we want to up our game and make it even better.
After a succesful in-person edition of the Dutch VMUG UserCon, we are going to step up. This year the event will have a theme, which is F1!
F1 is commonly known as the Formula 1 racing championship. But, in IT we also know F1 from a different perspective. Because, what happens if you press your F1 key on your keyboard? It opens the help section! And that’s what we like to combine in this year’s event. We will transform the 1931 venue in Den Bosch to a nerdfest where F1 meets IT, and we need your help!
CFP Description
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE CFP DESCRIPTION BEFORE SUBMITTING A PAPER!
As a speaker, we would like to offer you the possibility to submit sessions in one of these tracks:
- Multi-cloud
- Security
- Modern Applications (including AI/ML)
- Digital Workspace
- Networking
- Personal Development
Your session could be in Dutch or English (please mention this in your paper, because we will also advertise this in the event app), and can be in one of the following categories:
- Break-out sessions. These will take 45 minutes and are suitable for experienced speakers
- Lightning sessions. These will take 15 minutes and are suitable for less experienced speakers
Like every edition of the Dutch VMUG, we love to see interactive sessions, story telling, as many demos as possible, customer cases, deep dives, and basically everything that gives us a smile :)
Last year we got a lot more submissions than we could accept. Try to be original with a catchy title and an attractive abstract. It will help you to get your session accepted, but also to get a full room :)
One final thing before you submit your session. As the theme will be F1, we would like to invite you to use the same theme in your own session. Look for a creative way to use F1. Could be based on car racing, but showing what can be achieved with self-service is also a great way to showcase what F1 means. Be creative!
