MemDevOps is a group for Memphis-area professionals interested in learning about DevOps transformations and contributing to discussions with like-minded individuals. We’ll explore all aspects of DevOps, including Continuous Integration/Delivery, Automated Testing, Automated Server/Container Provisioning, Tooling, Automated Deployments, and the like. The Memphis-area DevOps meetup (MemDevOps) is looking for speakers for its 2018 meetings. Possible topics include anything related to DevOps tranformations (CI/CD, Automated Testing, Infrastructure as Code [IAC], Production monitoring, and especially the cultural impact of DevOps), with particular emphasis on actual experiences. If you’d love to share your DevOps experiences with a group of enthusiastic professionals, come tell your story at one of our 2018 meetings!
Our upcoming schedule: May 8, June 19, July 31, September 11, October 23, and December 4. Meetings are from 2-4 at the FedEx Institute of Technology on the campus of the University of Memphis.
We have a great deal of flexibility in the format our meetings and have had speakers, panelists, round-table discussions and break-outs to keep things fresh.
To complete your submission, please send: 1. a short bio 2. a blurb describing your speaking experience 3. your abstract, describing the topic, format, and timing of your proposal.
