This year our theme is ‘Nudging Change Forward’ While we’re keeping our main ‘themes’ (Unleashing People, Organizing the Organization, Disruption & Change) we want to focus experiences around small interventions over time that help organizations become adaptable. In the past, speakers have used Lego, drums, singing, dancing…and egads, sometimes swearing to make their point about how to influence positive change.
We have a few categories for experiences based on the energy flow of Spark. We’re looking for openers and closers, as well as those who have good stories to tell, fun and energizing experiences to give, and a few lower-key sessions to give people’s brains a chance to recover. We also have an emerging speakers category for those first time speakers who want free speaking coaching and a chance to tell their story.
We attract a wide audience, but limit attendance to 110 people to keep it small and intimate. Attendees include change managers, organisational development people, agile coaches, managers and employees.
