Jeff Needham is an Architect for Travelers Insurance - leading efforts to implement disruptive technologies into the software stack for Travelers Business Insurance applications, including MongoDB. Prior to joining Travelers in 2008, Jeff spent 10yrs working for 3 different software vendors, and a large, national health insurer.
