Bio

I am a graduate student in theoretical condensed matter physics at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University. Our research group covers a wide range of problems, giving me exposure to a variety of computational methods and analytical methods, while the institute as a whole encourages learning outside our fields of expertise. I have learned about the challenges of modeling proteins and cell signaling networks, have worked with COMSOL in an experimental optics lab, and have learned from some fantastic computational physicists.
