Marius calls himself a process analyst “in the same way that Guy Montag calls himself a fireman” (you may need to google that). He spends his time delivering cool software in the day, and after hours, when he is not singing in one of two choirs, he is active with the Ann Arbor Agile Groupies, a user group focused on “expanding the Agile body of knowledge within the community”. There, he organizes and facilitates meetings and occasionally, presents. For him, the value of the agile mindset is in the way it makes a team perform way, way better than the sum of its parts.
