Heather Schneider has more 25 years’ experience for both Government and IT Telecommunications in Development Management, Program & Product Management, and Logistics Engineering roles.
She is currently the Product Owner for the Open Source DevOps metrics dashboard, Hygieia. In this role, Heather is driving adoption of Hygieia as a standard for all DevOps metrics across the Verizon IT enterprise. As a Verizon Lean Six Sigma (VLSS) Black Belt for the IT Global Technology Services organization, she excels at identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities resulting in optimized processes and cost reductions Previously, Heather held the role of Technical IT Program Management lead for $20B Government contract with an average contract revenue of $50M monthly.
Heather has Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems, as well as Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma.
