Bio
Pedro Serrano has over 35 years of experience managing and installing cyber security controls in networks around the world, 20 of those in military systems while serving in the United States Air Force. He is the Chief Infomation Security Officer for Grand River Dam Authority, a Hydro and Natural Gas electricity producer and distributor in eastern Oklahoma and Professor teaching infrastructure systems, security controls, networking, and security awareness. Pedro has two postgraduates degrees one in Telecommunications Management from Oklahoma State University and the other in Computer Science from Tulsa University. Pedro serves as the President of the Information System Security Association (ISSA) chapter in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
