After moving to the cloud, Trinh’s team became the first brand in NBCUniversal’s Cable Entertainment business to be 100% cloud based. Our current focus is now more on DevOps concepts, Cloud first approaches, modern development tooling and standards, DaaS and more with CI/CD. We adopted the following technologies: Webpack, NodeJS, GraphQL, AWS Lambda and Step Functions, NPM, SwaggerHub for API development, Scaylr for logging, and ChefStack. Aside from technologies, I’ve been a technology evangelist and teacher to the various teams within the organization with many relationships with folks in legal, business affairs, marketing, linear show production, new media (video processing), product and operations, etc.
