I have written numerous technology books, gave many presentations, awarded the Microsoft MVP for .Net Development 4 times, and earned several technical certifications (MCSE, MCSD, A+, i-Net+, CIW). Now my focus is to build up leaders, recognize them, encourage smart creatives, and drive innovation through the organization.
I lead the team as a technical architect, peer, mentor, and provide the roles needed to move solutions forward. Be it writing business cases, building vendor relationships, organizing across teams, or departments, and technical execution, I build connections between people. People are what matter, communication is key, and being able to identify the right people for the job and letting them drive is key to success. I motivate, I direct, and recognize the people who have a passion for what they do, and a drive to make the company a success.
My focus is to ensure we have a solid enterprise architecture, make the right choices to ensure cost is reduced, and productivity is high. I focus on driving a DevOps culture within the organization to ensure we get to the third way of DevOps; continuous innovation, and constant feedback from our products, customers, and systems in order to be the most agile company in our industry.
