Cath is the People Operations Manager @Buildkite and a former software engineer. She is passionate about creating inclusive and human-centric people management practices. Cath is currently completing her BA in Commerce and Arts at Macquarie University majoring in HR and Gender Studies. When not working or studying she loves to travel and figure out how her sausage dog is escaping from the yard.
