Bio
Sharyl West Loeung has been fostering spaces of belonging for more than two decades. She has spent most of her career in K-12 and higher education, in diversity, equity, and inclusion focusing on cultural humility. Sharyl is also the co-founder of Kardia House Consulting, which exists to offer models of communication that resist polarization and move toward organizational health and relational wholeness. Sharyl is married and lives in Waco, Texas, with her two sons and a hoard of cats. Her love language is article-sending and her happy place is a lunch date with friends, no clock, sans Covid.
