Bio

David Edgerton Jr. is an information technology professional with over 20 years of experience in IT project and program management. He currently serves as the ITS Manager for Manufacturing Technology for Renewal by Andersen, a window replacement company. He also serves as an adjunct instructor at Bethel and Hamline University where he teaches information systems, corporate strategy, and mathematics. As an energetic and engaging instructor and speaker David attempts to present complex topics as simplistic as he can by leveraging relevant analogies and connecting the students with pop culture examples. He tries to make the information and content accessible through leveraging his extensive experience to help navigate the theoretical material he presents.

David has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management. He has worked for several companies in the Twin Cities including The National Marrow Donor Program, Best Buy, Imation Corporation, Smead Manufacturing, and Ambient Consulting. He also has served as an instructor for a mini-MBA program focused on help minority business owners scale their business and have a greater impact on the communities they serve.
