Over the past decade-plus, I have helped organizations build towards healthier developer cultures. I focus on the intersection of humans and technology and make them work together.
To me, this means understanding the broader strategic context of an operation and then building a culture of learning and mentorship around it.
I believe that taking intelligent risks far outweighs the perceived safety of inaction, so I challenge the status quo.
Outside of work, I enjoy team-based endurance events, rock-climbing, and aerial photography.
