Bio
Brant Boehmann is a Java/JVM and Graph/Neo4J enthusiast. Brant is co-founder and co-organizer of KnoxJava, a Java Users’ Group in Knoxville, TN. Brant currently serves as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Discovery where he designs and implements solutions for the ingestion, management, and distribution of the enterprise’s media assets. Brant has over 20 years of experience in software development with an emphasis on API design and server side, distributed systems. Prior to joining Discovery, Brant served as a software development and architecture consultant working in multiple verticals including Media, Entertainment, E-commerce, Transportation, Energy, Homeland Security, and Defense.
