TruffleCon is a virtual community gathering for Truffle users, fans, developers, and those who want to build world-changing applications powered by decentralized technologies.

Join people from around the world to build community and foster connections from the comfort of your home. Connect with other passionate developers in the blockchain space to share projects, exchange tips and tricks, and discuss challenges and successes.

TruffleCon’s goal is to inspire you to build your dApps and smart contracts to bring your ideas to the world!

And we’ll have some fun (and maybe some delicious chocolate) while we’re at it too!

CFP Description

TruffleCon is a virtual community gathering for Truffle users, fans, developers, and those who want to build world-changing applications powered by decentralized technologies.

This year we are focusing on 8 core themes. Please submit your talk or workshop focused on one or more of the topics below.

1. Beginners: Intro to Truffle Suite, Ethereum, Tezos, Corda, and other distributed ledgers. Beginner sessions are designed for attendees with less than 1 year of blockchain development experience looking to get started.

2. DevOps, Scaling: As your dApp starts to mature, you need solutions to scale alongside your user base. Learn about solutions, best practices, tips, and tricks for scaling your dApps.

3. Developer Experience, Tooling: Making dApps is hard, and tools make it better. Discover tools that will make your developer experience sweeter.

4. Enterprise / Blockchain for Business: Blockchains are being used by enterprises worldwide. Explore use cases, solutions, or tools that are helping enterprises leverage this new technological paradigm.

5. DeFi: DeFi brings a programmable currency to the modern world. Talk about the tech, protocols, and principles powering decentralized finance.

6. dApp User Experience: Building a dApp isn’t all about smart contracts. See how other developers are improving the dApp user experience.

7. Security: Be smart with your smart contracts. Hear about best practices to mitigate against exploits, vulnerabilities, and bugs.

8. Blockchain for Social Good: Explore use cases, solutions, or tools that are bringing positive change to our world.
