The Code Climate Summit is a 1-day conference for engineering leaders dedicated to improving the essentials of your engineering organization: your people, your processes and your code.
This CFP has closed, but we are accepting submissions for lightning talks until June 13th.
CFP Description
The Code Climate Summit is a 1-day conference for engineering leaders to share insights into and experience with people, process and code. Engineering leadership is a broad domain, so to help, here are some topics to help guide you:
- Getting the most out of your engineering team, whether through engineering practices or management
- Code quality practices at scale
- Getting velocity without sacrificing quality
- Impact and analysis on ways you’ve measured success and/or velocity
- Mentorship of junior engineers
- Department / structural innovations you’ve implemented
- Personal triumphs and/or challenges that others can learn from
Successful talks have included:
- “High output engineering”
- “The role of being technical in technical leadership”
- “Tackling technical debt at scale”
