CFP Description
We’re interested in talks from practitioners about B2B product management. The audience should be able to take at least three actionable things from your talk and implement them the next day at work. Anything from scoping, stakeholder management, relationships with sales, managing direct reports, or ther other challenges specific to B2B and enterprise software product management is fair game.
