Welcome to the Agile Coaching Gym — a recurring, hands-on community event where Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Leaders, and Team Members come together to practice, experiment, and grow their skills in a safe learning environment, inspired by the spirit of a martial arts dojo.
We are looking for speakers, facilitators, and workshop hosts who want to lead practical, experience-based sessions. Your talk or session should include at least 50% exercise or interactive practice, so participants can immediately apply what they learn.
🎯 Topics we’re interested in:
Agile Coaching techniques and facilitation practices
Product ownership, product discovery, and user-centered design
Agile and DevOps collaboration patterns
Story writing, retrospectives, and team learning with AI
Visual facilitation, systems thinking, and flow optimization
Sustainable product development and organizational agility
Our audience includes experienced agile practitioners and curious newcomers who are eager to sharpen their skills and exchange ideas with peers. Each session runs 90 minutes and typically includes:
A short impulse talk (15–20 minutes)
A practical exercise or group activity (40–50 minutes)
Debrief and group reflection (20 minutes)
This is not a conference for passive listening — it’s a dojo for agile professionals. The emphasis is on learning by doing, sharing experiences, and constructive feedback.
If your idea fits into that spirit — we’d love to hear from you! 💪
