IT Strategy and Digital Forum International is experience sharing conference focused on IT governance, best practices, management models, process management in the era of digital transformation. Speakers are mainly representing IT departments to share their transformation journey and lesson learnt with implementing the best practices for IT management. Other important group is seasoned best practices authors sharing their view on latest trends and movements in IT management practices.
There will be several conference synchronized events: 15th May - pre conference speakers dinner 17th May - half day after conference workshops for free participation of conference delegates
Marketing presentations are not permitted on conference.
CFP Description
We search for transformation projects, lessons learnt, what should be done different, what was done well, mainly in CIO/IT managers/IT project managers community: - IT Strategy for Digital transformation - managing IT in growing complexity - best practices with more regulations - introduction of new IT governance framework - improving business and IT relationship - major challenges for IT and how those challenges were approached - complex sourcing environment - working in highly regulated conditions - experience driven adoptions a modification of traditional management practices like ITIL adoption and connection with DevOps, Agile - IT skills improvement projects
Startups community: 5 minutes pitches to address issues of IT managers and IT management (predictive analytics, measurement, advanced monitoring…)
We do not search for: - empty statements without connection to real world projects - “you should do …” - vague declarations of problem without practical advice what to do - theoretical management models without having hands-on experience with them
Conference language is English
