Ultimate Software proudly presents LeanAgileUS. The purpose is to bring together the whole Lean-Agile community–regardless of preferred methodology, framework, or practice–for a day of Agile education, advanced topics, and the opportunity to mingle with attendees from around the US and the world. Additionally, Agile tools companies will be in the exhibition section where you can interact, ask questions and see their products. The event will include several interactive sessions as well as hands-on workshops.
This event will be held in sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL on February 25-27. If you will be sick of winter by February 2019 (and we know you will be) come join us for a couple of days of Lean-Agile fun in the sun!
CFP Description
We are interested in hearing about any Lean-Agile related topic. We will place a premium on interactive talks over straight slide-based presentations. We will also favour talks based on real-world experiences over hypothetical musings.
We are targeting talks to be 40 mins in length and would expect you leave ample time for Q&A. Again, this could change, but please submit your sessions assuming you have 40 minutes.
The potential tracks we are looking at offering right now (these could change) are: - Introduction to Lean-Agile (the introductory track was our most attended track last year) - Scaling/Advancing Lean-Agile - Lean-Agile Journeys (Case Studies) - Lean-Agile and People
