Since 2011, the Scala meetups in New York, Boston, and Philadelphia have hosted a community-driven Scala conference. The conference rotates between each city, and this year it is at the Broad Institute in Cambridge, MA. As we have since 2016, this year we will share the conference space with our friends at Typelevel.
We’re mixing up the conference schedule this year:
- Sunday, March 18th: nescala unconference
- Monday, March 19th: nescala proper
- Tuesday, March 20th: Typelevel Summit
This proposal submission is specifically for nescala proper on Monday, March 19. Yes, that’s right! The talks are proposed by you, selected by you, and given by you. The attendees make nescala!
For more information, please check out our website.
We are looking for talks of three lengths:
- lightning (15 min)
- medium (30 min)
- long (45 min).
We are looking for a variety of talk topics and targeting a variety of experience levels and backgrounds.
