The Definition of Done is one of the core artifacts in any Agile practice, but how do you get there? Who decides what the DoD is, and how do you validate it against your stakeholders’ needs? Learn some tools and techniques for running a productive DoD workshop with your Agile team.
This talk looks at how team composition, stakeholder expectations, and the larger organizational workflow can impact your Definition of Done. In the second half, we’ll cover some useful techniques for generating the Definition of Done with the team, and helping to identify and respect the team’s boundaries.
