This talk looks at how team composition, stakeholder expectations, and the larger organizational workflow can impact your Definition of Done. In the second half, we’ll cover some useful techniques for generating the Definition of Done with the team, and helping to identify and respect the team’s boundaries.

I’ve been an Agile coach for several years, and use workshops like these to help my clients understand how to build a collaborative and comprehensive understanding of “done” within their teams.
