My name is Florence Okoye and I’m a midlands based UX/Service designer who has worked in sectors ranging from utilities to cybersecurity. As an experienced speaker who has given talks at events hosted by Thoughtworks, Impact Hub Birmingham and Mozilla, I am as passionate about designing thoroughly and inclusively as I am about creating new technologies to better the human experience.
