Anushree Nagvekar is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager with 16 years of industry experience specializing in automotive technology and software architecture. Currently leading software development at AEye Inc., Anushree drives next-generation lidar software architecture for automotive ADAS applications, working closely with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. Previously, Anushree served as Software Architect at Ford Motor Company, where she managed vehicle software platforms for Ford’s next-generation electrical architecture and led AI/ML technologies for mobility advancements. Her experience also includes roles at Visteon Corporation as Software Product Owner, Panasonic Automotive as Software Engineer, and positions at Capgemini and Geodesic. Anushree holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, where she graduated with distinction in the top 1% of her class. Her technical expertise spans C/C++, Python, embedded systems, AUTOSAR, and various automotive protocols. She is recognized for her contributions to the field with a patent for “Application Control in Vehicle” and an award for her work on Software Defined Vehicles at Ford.
