Bio

Hi I’m Rob! I am a PowerShell enthusiast, blogger, chapter author in “The PowerShell Conference Book”, TechSnips contributor, and PowerShell + DevOps Summit 2018 Speaker.

At work I am on a CICD squad tasked to help development teams transition their application deployments over to fully automated CICD pipelines during a time of digital transformation. In addition to building out automation related to these pipelines at work, I also host a number of trainings for various topics including PowerShell and Git. I also hold an internal “DevOps Demos and Open Forum” meeting weekly to try to foster a greater DevOps culture in my organization.

I have had a mission of trying to give back over the last two years. I have been working to do this both internally in my organization but more broadly in the PowerShell community as a whole. Speaking and blogging have been my primary platforms to do this and it has been a blast.

The PowerShell community is one of the nicest, brightest, caring, and helpful groups of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Working to grow it through these opportunities has been rewarding. I’d love a chance to speak again at Summit 2019, either on a 2018 submission, or as well as a new one.
