I have my head in the cloud(s)…..I know it’s a terrible joke, but anyway. For the past year, I have worked as a software developer for Synthesis Software focused mostly on migrating big financial institutions to AWS. I have 3 out of 5 AWS Certifications and am a lover of IaC, Serverless technologies and automated deployment (DevOps FTW am I right?). I also would like to continue my certification path with AWS and aim to have all 5 as soon as possible. I have spent time doing full stack development at a startup building patient management systems and research-support systems for medical researchers in the public sector. At the same time, I have been doing my honours degree in computer science (or trying to at least).
