Ajitha Rathinam Buvanachandran is a seasoned Principal Machine Learning Engineer with over 13 years of experience delivering high-impact artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions across enterprise environments. With a proven track record of developing scalable AI platforms and orchestrating complex GenAI systems, Ajitha has been instrumental in transforming organizational capabilities through innovative, production-ready technologies. Currently serving at Fidelity Investments, Ajitha has led the development of mission-critical platforms such as an enterprise-wide GenAI orchestration service and a large-scale Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system.
