Sailesh Dev is a product builder and co-founder of Bloom, a platform focused on helping students navigate hiring with confidence. His work blends psychology, product design, and engineering, with a strong belief that Python and accessible technology can empower anyone to bring their ideas to life. He is also the author of “The Worst Thing You Can Do When Cold Calling Candidates.” Outside work, he enjoys DJing, playing tennis, experimenting with comic-style storytelling, and learning new creative mediums.
