Bio

I am a leader with over 19 years of experience in software delivery. Being a Seattle native it’s only natural I’ve spent time at several of the city’s hometown headquarters including T-Mobile, Nordstrom, and currently Starbucks. In my current role at Starbucks I am helping to teach DevOps practices while contributing as a working member of the teams…a coach with skin in the game if you will. I’m known for my passion of Lean, teaching through games, Design Thinking, and the pros and cons of nearly every type of marker.
