how to potentialize the female participation in STEM area ??

It is important that the women that work in STEM area to realize effort to help the younger women. I was able to gather advices to help the women that want to realize mentoring and help the younger women to entry and the women that who that already are in STEM area.

We can think how to make the diversity and not the why the diversity is important. In this talk let ‘s speak about this way and think about how it is necessary to keep this ecosystem efficient and solid.

• In my opnion is our role like women that work in STEM areas is encourage the women that is initiating.
• Realize workshops and particpate local initiate. It necessary to cretate spaces where the women feel confortable to make mistakes and learn.
• Write and speak about our experience, using our social medias to speak about feminism too but write/speak about technique themes.
• Encourage the young girls. The problem that more I find about the gap the women in STEM areas is the lack or few of representativeness. But exist many women work in this area but we don’t introduce these women to our kids, our young people or anybody.
• The girls don’t know a women that work with technology. Show them female leaders like CEOs, representativeness is very important.
• And listen the women to help with your real problems.
