Bio

Equipped with studies in physics and computing at Oxford and a masters at Harvard, I have spent my career at the intersection between the tech and social impact sectors. For 12 years, I worked in agile software teams in Hong Kong, operating at the interface between progradevelopers and the customer. Our team built international systems to connect multinational corporations with nonprofits and 25 United Nations organisations.

In 2017, I founded Xceptional, a technology services firm in Sydney that provides exceptional outcomes for clients and employs people with autism. Achievements in our first year include include winning a business planning competition hosted by one of Australia’s largest banks, receiving national media coverage on TV, radio and newspaper and helping some incredible people with autism find jobs in IT.

I recently completed a masters in public policy from Harvard, which expanded my passion for innovation, social impact and systems change. I am also a competitive runner with Team Brooks and have a world record for the fastest half marathon in a business suit.
