He works with Visier’s customers to help them achieve value from their investment in People Analytics and HR Function. He’s obsessed with how people used people analytics to change business outcomes, and the change moments that get people to adopt new behaviors. Prior to Visier he spent 20+ in working in Human Capital consulting as well as corporate HR. His areas of specialty include talent strategy, advising the CHRO, creating HR functions that are fit-for-mission and the funding models for HR.
