Bio
I have 15 years of experience in process and document management, at that time participated in the development and implementation of many closed and open ECM platforms in Poland. I am focused on user experience and process simulation trying to automate system design and tuning. For last 10 years, I have implemented Alfresco and building solutions using open source technology. In my opinion creating new quality is art of solving user problems, even if they haven’t seen this problem before.
My Talks
Alfresco search engine and reporting based on jOOQ and relational database
We will show how to manage complex document registers or generate reports from huge amounts of documents with attributes in a simple way using Java Object Oriented Querying.
Incremental version history, or how to version only those node elements that have changed
Why it is worth using the incremental version history (reducing the size of the database, clear information for the user about the elements that have changed)
How to implement modification history ...
Metrics, i.e. monitoring of Alfresco's stability and performance using aspect programming
Critical applications require appropriate service level indicators (SLAs). We will show you how you can track / monitor real-time performance for Alfresco using the functionality provided in AspectJ.
Using FTL to generate forms configuration
Alfresco uses FreeMarker templates to generate view components. However FTL features can also be used with success in other parts of the system. I will show an example of using it to generate forms...
