Scott Callicutt is a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems working in a team with developers on three continents helping to deliver microservice based web applications writen in multiple computer languages. Having started in academia at North Carolina State University as the lead computer administrator for the College of Sciences, he has the unique experience of moving from a team of one using DevOps as a way to maximize his performance to a team of many for Cisco Systems–all of this while translating his experience in academia to a fortune five hundred company.
