I see my role as a facilitator and leader. I bring knowledge and tools to innovators to help create the future. I also am very conscious of my responsibility to bring knowledge from the community back into the company to not only improve our part of the solution, but make sure we are poised for the next wave of innovation. My love of the technology and learning makes me a go-to person for anyone in search of knowledge.
