Sanjiv is a well-rounded technology leader, strategist & transformation evangelist with 22 years of progressive experience, helping large & complex organizations in their technology delivery & transformation journeys.
As an executive at TD Bank, he is currently heading the Delivery Transformation for a Technology Solutions business unit. The services offered by his unit directly impact 25 million customers and 85,000 employees. He is accountable for driving CTO’ mandate of influencing 2500+ engineers and project management professionals and taking them along the transformation journey. Working closely with the senior executives and collaborating with 7 other technology delivery groups of TD Bank across North America, Sanjiv is passionate about cutting through the complexities to accelerate agility.
