A common understanding about different Agile methodology is that those are implacable only in software project. But I want to share my experience, how a failed Data Center project became a successful one after following Agile way where stakeholders and team members are not aware of Agile properly.

I will share my lesson learned in following way • Challenges of the project which causes it’s a failure one • How I infused the concept of Agile in Non Agile way among stakeholders • How I implemented backlog preparation, definition of DONE, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective, backlog grooming & refinement.
