Barry Matheney is a transformation consultant at AgileThought, a national provider of enterprise custom software solutions and transformation consulting to Fortune 1000 clients. He began his career nearly 30 years ago as a software developer, and since then, he has built and led high-performing delivery teams across a variety of industries. With a focus on Agile, Lean and Theory of Constraints principles and approaches, Barry’s expertise is in coaching, leading and enabling teams to deliver software products at scale. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Athens State University.
