Bio
I am a recovering Project Manager. In a career spanning 40 years, I have been on my own agility journey for 20 years so far. I try to help leaders to understand and embrace modern ways of leading and managing in the quest of growing resilience within their organisations. In doing use an eclectic toolbox that includes Kanban, Scrum, Cynefin, OrgScan, Flight Levels, ORSC, the Thinking Environment, NVC and more within a scaffold called ORGANIC agility. Day to day I teach these frameworks and tools, and I coach individual leaders and teams of leaders. I aspire to travel less and to write more.
