There is a proverb in Bangla “দশে মিলে করি কাজ হারি জিতি নাহি লাজ” which means “Two heads are better than one”. I am believing in teamwork where failure is appreciable, but success is inevitable. I am a servant leader, who believe in self-organizing team do continuous improvement by ‘Inspect & Adapt’.
I am working more than 12 years’ in Software industry of start-up, renowned local and multinational company with globally distributed team. I have excellent engagement skills in dealing with all levels from external clients, highly influential stakeholders as well as technical personnel. Confident leader of multi-functional teams across the company to efficiently deliver high quality solutions in a competitive market. I have versatile work experience in various role as Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead, SQA, Analyst Programmer, System Analyst, Interviewer, Scrum Master and Agile Coach etc.
I am an active moderator in the Agile Bangladesh community and a co-organizer of monthly meet-up from the group. I regularly participate in different Agile meet-up in locally and internationally.
