Holds an MBA degree and certifications from all flavors. Founder of OnCast and Guerrilla Trainers. Since 1999 in the software market, trained more than 500 people and lead software projects/programs in Latin America, Silicon Valley, Middle East and Western Europe. Nowadays, he helps eProseed - a multinational and fast-growing company headquartered in Luxembourg - to solve hard problems delivering Oracle’s technology with innovation and in-depth expertise.
