Bio
Asad is the owner and entrepreneur of SimplyAgile.online - providing Agile Consulting Services such as Agile Transformation, Lean Start-up, Design Thinking, Agile Coaching and Training. He has been in the IT industry for the past 18 years. For now he specializes in Lean Startups, Discovery & Inception, generating business ideas and forming them into workable solutions; and doing them quickly, usually less than a week; and then the following week starts execution. So typically the process reduces the pre-execution work from between 3-6 months to only 5 days!
He loves utilizing many ideas, techniques & learnings from Design Thinking, Innovation Board, Google Sprints, ThingWrong & Lean Start-up onto his Agile engagements. He love’s reading material on leadership & innovative businesses and tries to implement what they do well onto his projects.
Asad is currently helping Nedbank on their Agile journey on individual & team facilitation/coaching on product planning, design & start-up; and execution. He hopes he can add value to your learning and organisation; as well as learning what you are doing on your engagements.
