Shijo Paul is currently working as a freelance Agile Trainer and Agile Transformation Coach. He brings in over 22 years of rich industry experience working as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Transformation Lead/Coach, Engineering Manager etc. working in start-up firms, technology giants, software service providers. He has coached Business Units across Cisco, Infosys and Wipro.
Shijo has helped transition 2 billion dollar per quarter revenue generating legacy telecom products from waterfall to high performance Scrum teams.
Mentoring is his passion and has helped many Scrum Master within and outside his organizations to progress in their Agile journey.
Shijo also have taught 800+ Team and Leadership members over 44 batches of interactive workshops on Agile and Scrum/Kanban. He believes learning and teaching has to be a life long habit.
Shijo holds CSP-SM, ICP-ACC and EXIN DevOps Master certifications.
