Gimel is Apache Spark based Big Data Processing Framework - Open sourced by PayPal. Deepak is also the core contributor of Kafka Connector in Gimel that is widely deployed at PayPal’Big Data ecosystems for Streaming Messages at scale using Kafka. Deepak is currently managing UDC (unifieddatacatalog.io) & Gimel (gimel.io) Platform at PayPal’ Big Data Ecosystem.
