Matt’s work, in which he oversaw a culture shift that moved a university toward greater recruitment and retention as a Senior Director and Adjust Faculty Member, led to his accepting the call to join pastoral staff at a church in AZ. There he helped build and develop their approach to marriage, family and adult ministry; millennial relevance and increased outreach using data and analytics which also increased overall engagement throughout the church.
With a background in organizational design, development, and decision science; Matt is currently serving as the Church Evangelist and Executive Director of Gloo’s Innovation Labs at Gloo.us. He is a speaker, co-author, and considered a subject matter expert on Decision Science and Engagement Strategy within the Church. Gloo is a network of individuals and organizations obsessed with revolutionizing personal growth – and we are aligned with the some of the most influential churches and networks in the world, to help inform outcomes and impact of ministries. The Gloo Labs division is advancing the understanding of data-science, analytics, insights and platform designs of personal growth. Matt continues to also serve as a Research Fellow at Leadership Network. He is a Husband / Father / Pastor / Advisor.
