Originally from Indonesia, Novania Puspa Savitri has graduate as bachelor of communication studies from Universitas Gadjah Mada. She start her career in startup as customer relations in Jualo.com and find herself as a user minded person. She get opportunity to develop her skill as Business analyst and start learning about UX as Junior UX Researcher. Currently she working as UX Research Operations in Bukalapak which is one of four Unicorn in Indonesia.
