Pyi Soe Maw is now working as a CEO of ACE Inspiration Limited and teaching the JAVA Web Development Courses and Japan IT courses while managing and controlling the training center to keep it at the top level of providing the high quality training services.
He also worked as a PMO, Project Manager and leads the applications development in IT field for over 12 years. He got variety of experiences on management and application development with team lead experience. Collaborative, solution-driven senior software engineer with experience in full life-cycle development including design, documentation, development, deployment, testing, implementation and maintenance of application software in web-based environment and client/server architecture.
He has been working in the management field since 2011 and still continuing to learn and got scholarship for global MBA program. He also had oversea experiences by being selected as a scholar of Study Trip to Japan two times. His first step to IT field is by doing Human Resource Development (HRD) by empowering the young people to be IT professionals through some proactive training, communicative teaching and project outsourcing. Previously, he was mainly focusing on Open Source (java) technologies and frameworks as a Research & Development Team Leader. He is eager to participate in social events and communicating people by sharing the knowledge what he has learned.
