I joined the Home Office in August 2019 to manage the Research Operations Team and to oversee the User Research Ethics Board. Previously, I’ve worked in government research across different departments (working on court reform and online identity), police intelligence analysis, restorative justice, and offender rehabilitation. I’m a Chartered Psychologist, and my academic research has covered topics such as the use of crystal meth by gay men in London and the delivery of the prison-based Sex Offender Treatment Programme (SOTP).
